Shipping Policy
Australian Orders
All orders within Australia include complimentary shipping.
Ready-to-ship artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched within 7 business days. Canvas prints are made to order, so please allow additional time for printing, framing and preparation. Any applicable production timeframe will be included on the product page.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Orders
Unframed prints and eligible original artworks can be shipped internationally for a flat rate of $50 AUD.
Due to the cost and difficulty of safely shipping large framed pieces, larger canvas artworks are sent rolled and unframed, ready to be stretched and framed locally. Selected smaller artworks may be available for international delivery framed, where this option is shown on the individual artwork page.
International delivery generally takes 7–21 business days following dispatch, although timing varies depending on the destination and customs processing.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me before ordering.
Duties and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees when they arrive in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you would like an estimate before ordering.
Packaging and Damage
Every artwork is packaged with great care. Rolled canvases are securely wrapped and sent in protective tubes, while framed and smaller artworks are carefully packed according to their size and format.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at carmen@carmenkingart.com.au. Please include your order number and photographs of the artwork, packaging and shipping label, and retain the original packaging while the issue is assessed.

Returns
Original Artworks All original artwork sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on original works. Please review all artwork details carefully and feel free to contact us at carmen@carmenkingart.com.au with any questions before purchasing.
Prints If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at carmen@carmenkingart.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept change of mind returns on prints.
International Orders Any return shipping costs and associated customs or duties fees are the responsibility of the customer.
