There’s a fullness to this place… something gathered and held, as if everything has settled into itself. The land folds in soft bands of colour, warm and expansive, with a sky that lifts gently above it.
The trees cluster more closely here… layered, varied, each one slightly distinct in tone and mark. They feel almost overlapping in their presence, creating a sense of depth and quiet energy across the surface.
The palette is rich and expressive… pinks, greens, ochres, and moments of violet woven through the landscape. The surface is highly textural, with thicker passages of paint building and catching the light, adding movement and dimension.
There’s something in it that lingers… not quite a place you can name, but one that feels familiar all the same. As if you’ve been there before, or could return to it without trying.
